Lead Times
We hold a good stock of chairs and can deliver quickly. Printing for customised chairs generally takes 7-14 days.

Carriage Charges (UK Mainland)

General
All goods are subject to availability. Prices do not include VAT, which will be charged at the current rate where applicable.
A charge will be made on cancelled orders, together with a charge for all work carried out up to the date of written cancellation. No returns are accepted once items are printed or processed in any way.

Payment
Payment is with order unless account arrangements have been made. For customers who do not have an account and require goods urgently, we are pleased to supply against a credit or debit card. Where credit account arrangements have been agreed, accounts must be settled by the 25th of the month following the date of the invoice. Credit accounts will automatically be placed on hold where invoices are overdue for payment, or the credit limit is exceeded.

A surcharge of 3% per month or part thereof is payable on overdue accounts, with a minimum charge of £10, and will be invoiced at Nauticalia’s discretion. Title does not pass from Nauticalia until full payment of current invoice is received and all outstanding monies are settled in full. All samples are chargeable.

Loss or Damage in Transit
Customers must notify us within five working days upon receipt of any breakages or losses during transit. In the case of damaged goods, the goods and the original packaging must be retained for inspection by the carrier and our insurers. Notification outside this time period may invalidate any insurance claim. In the event of goods being returned, carriage arrangements must be agreed with Nauticalia beforehand. The products must be returned in their original packaging.

Artwork (relevant to all processes):
Artwork should be supplied by e-mail or CD in a PC-compatible (vector) format such as .eps, .cdr etc. We can accept other formats such as film, bromide etc, but this may incur a further set up charge – please contact us for details.
