Frame Construction
Natural (clear gloss varnished), painted, mahogany-effect and teak-effect chairs are made from sustainable rubbertree or ramin wood (according to availability), which are naturally light in colour – similar to pine. All chairs have durable non-slip feet to protect floors.

Use & Care
Our folding chairs have been tested and approved to British Standard BS4875: Part 1 Test Level 2. They are designed for lightweight occasional use and are priced accordingly. While they are strong enough for correct use on four feet, they do not take kindly to users rocking back on two feet. The canvasses will rot if left outside for long periods. However, we carry a good stock of replacements.

Colour matching note
The process of colour dyeing is difficult to control and may vary slightly between batches. If colour match is critical, please ask for a sample from the current batch. For corporate orders of 1,000 or more chairs, fabric can be dyed specially to match a Pantone® reference or colour sample.

Artwork (relevant to all processes)
Artwork should be supplied by e-mail or CD in a PC-compatible (vector) format such as .eps, .cdr etc. We can accept other formats such as film, bromide etc, but this may incur a further set up charge – please contact us for details.
